These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Formation of Contract A binding contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or payment failure.

2. Pricing & Payment All prices are set in EUR. Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in your local currency for reference — the amount charged will be converted at the rate applied by your payment provider at the time of purchase. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Delivery & Transfer of Risk Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. Note: made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from this right.
